Our commonly used structures are 1*7, 1*19, 7*7, 7*19, etc.
1*7 structure: composed of 7 steel wires, the diameter can be 0.3~6mm, this kind of steel wire rope has a relatively high hardness, and is often used to make fishing line, hanging, lighting hanging line, etc.;
7*7 structure: It consists of 7 strands of steel wire, each of which contains 7 steel wires, the diameter can be 0.5~6mm, this structure is more commonly used, and can be used as clothesline, brake line, blockade, traction, drag, etc. Use, more flexible than 1*7 structure
1*19 structure: composed of 19 steel wires, the diameter can be 0.45~3mm, commonly used to make brake lines, the price is lower than the 7*7 structure, it can be used as an alternative model of the 7*7 structure
7*19 structure: It consists of 7 strands of steel wire, each of which contains 19 steel wires, and the diameter can be 0.8~14m. It is often used in places with high flexibility requirements, such as the inner wire of fitness equipment, and the rope used for sliding doors; or to make thick models ropes for lifting, tugboats, mines, etc.
In addition, there are 19*7 and 7*37 structures, the maximum diameter can be 16mm
